Where it all started?
We didn't sit down one day and BOOM, we decided, "let's start an intimate wear brand."
Oh please! Don't expect this to be one of those perfectly planned startup stories.
It started much before Eve N Elan did. It began with a tailor whose work people still remember today.
But life took the story somewhere else.
Our Founder, Alifiya, lost her father when she was only 18.
With no financial cushion waiting, she had to build her own way forward.
So she worked, studied and kept moving.
"Part-time jobs" helped fund her studies.
"Finance" became her chosen path.
"Professional qualifications" became one milestone after another.
And eventually, that journey took her to a stable corporate career in Dubai.
From the outside, everything looked settled. Inside, something still felt unfinished.
Then an ordinary moment changed the direction.
One day, while shopping for lingerie, Alifiya found herself looking for a kind of comfort, she couldn't quite find.
A simple thought stayed with her —what if this could be made differently?
Soon, she was thinking about fabric, fit, seams and construction — details she had never professionally worked with before.
And strangely, the deeper she went into creating, the more familiar it all began to feel.
She couldn't stitch like her father…
She hadn't inherited his profession…
But perhaps, she had inherited his way of caring...
The instinct to care through what you create.
That became the beginning of Eve N Elan.
So, what does care mean to us?
Every piece is thought through, never templated.
Every seam is there for a reason.
Every fabric is considered for how it feels, not just how it looks.
Every fit and detail is questioned for the hours you will spend in it — even if you never notice the thought behind it.
What comes out is intimate wear that doesn't just look right.
It feels considered
Eve n Elan is built around a simple belief: some of the most meaningful care is found in the things nobody else sees — but you feel every day.
We call it Unseen Care. Because care doesn't have to be seen to be felt.
From our Founder
"For years, I thought my father's world had ended with him. I built a completely different life, only to realise much later that I had carried something of his with me all along"
Not his profession. Not his skill. But his instinct to care through what he created.
Thoughtful choices.
Quiet details.
Care you can feel."
With care,
Alifiya Gorach
