We aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely through our trusted courier partners.

1) How long does it take to process my order?
  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (business days) before dispatch.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2) I placed an order today. When can I expect my shipment?
  • Delivery time depends on your location.
  • You can check the latest updates anytime on the Order Tracking page in your account.
  • During sales or promotional events, deliveries may take an extra 2–3 business days.
3) What if I miss a delivery?

If our courier partner can’t reach you, they’ll make two more delivery attempts. If delivery still isn’t successful, the order will be returned to us and (for prepaid orders) your payment will be refunded.

4) Will I be charged for delivery?
  • Free shipping on orders ₹499 & above.
  • ₹99 charge for orders below ₹499.
5) Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not ship outside India.

6) How do I track my order?
  1. Sign in to your Eve N Elan account.
  2. Go to My Account → Order History → select your order → View Tracking Details.

We’ll also send dispatch and delivery updates via SMS/email.

7) What should I do if an item is missing or my package is damaged?

If you notice a missing item or receive a tampered/damaged package:
You can, contact us at care@evenelan.com or WhatsApp +91-XXXXXXXXXX with your order number, invoice and photos of the Damaged item.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund on priority without any extra cost.

Refund and Cancel Policy

You can return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, panties, briefs, boxers, trunks, and other innerwear bottoms are non-returnable.

Individual items from multi-packs or sets cannot be returned separately.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Log in to My Account → Order History, select the products you want to return and place a return request.
  • We’ll arrange a reverse pickup within 24–48 hours.
  • Please pack the product in its original Eve N Elan zipper bag/box, include the proof of purchase (order confirmation or payment receipt), and hand it over to the courier.

Your refund will be adjusted after deducting the proportionate value of the discount or free gift applied. This means you’ll receive exactly what you paid for the product being returned.

Refunds are initiated within 24 hours after we receive and inspect your return. Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 2–7 business days depending on your bank.

Refunds for COD orders are credited directly to your bank account. While placing the return request, please provide your account details (Account Number, IFSC Code, Account Holder Name, and Branch). Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of inspection and credited within 2–4 business days.

No, shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Share photos of the delivery with the shipping label visible and photos of the item(s) received.

We’ll prioritize your case and send a replacement at no extra cost.

Once your return is picked up and inspected, your exchange order will be dispatched. Delivery time depends on your location. During sales or promotional events, deliveries may take an extra 2–3 business days. You can track updates anytime in your Order Tracking page.

Exchange service can be availed up to a maximum of 2 times per style. For multiple items, a separate exchange request is required for each.

  • Yes, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not yet been shipped.
  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at care@evenelan.com or call us at +91-XXXXXXXXXX with your order details.

  • First check your bank account.
  • Then contact your credit card company or bank as processing times may vary.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at care@evenelan.com.
