We aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely through our trusted courier partners.
Delivery Charges
Standard Shipping
• Orders below ₹999 – ₹49
• Orders ₹999 & Above – Free Shipping
1) Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours before dispatch.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
2) Delivery Timeline
• Delivery time depends on your location.
• You can track your order anytime from My Account → Order History → View Tracking Details.
• During sales or promotional events, delivery may take an additional 2–3 business days.
3) Missed Delivery
• Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to three times.
• If delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us.
• For prepaid orders, the payment will be refunded once we receive the return.
4) International Shipping
• Currently, we do not ship outside India.
5) Order Tracking
• Log in to your Eve N Elan account.
• Go to My Account → Order History.
• Select your order and click View Tracking Details.
• You will also receive dispatch and delivery updates via SMS/email.
6) Missing or Damaged Items
• If you receive a damaged or tampered package, contact us immediately.

• Share your order number, invoice, and clear photos of the issue.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund on priority without any extra cost.
