Refund & Cancellation Policy – FAQ

1) How long do I have to return or exchange my order?

You can return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

2) What items cannot be returned or exchanged?

For hygiene reasons, panties, briefs, boxers, trunks, and other innerwear bottoms are non-returnable.

Individual items from multi-packs or sets cannot be returned separately.

3) What condition should the product be in to qualify for a return?

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

4) How do I place a return or exchange request?

Option 1: Through Account

  • Log in to My Account → Order History, select the products you want to return and place a return request.
  • We’ll arrange a reverse pickup within 24–48 hours.
  • Pack the product in its original Eve N Elan zipper bag/box and include proof of purchase.

5) If I have used a promo code, how is my refund calculated?

Your refund will be adjusted after deducting the proportionate value of the discount or free gift applied. You will receive exactly what you paid for the returned product.

6) How long does it take to receive a refund for prepaid orders?

Refunds are initiated within 24 hours after inspection. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 2–7 business days, depending on your bank.

7) How will I get my refund for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders?

Refunds for COD orders are credited directly to your bank account. Please provide your Account Number, IFSC Code, Account Holder Name, and Branch during the return request.

Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of inspection and credited within 2–4 business days.

8) Are shipping charges refundable?

No, shipping charges are non-refundable.

9) What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product?

  • Share photos of the delivery with the shipping label visible and photos of the item received.

We will prioritize your case and send a replacement at no extra cost.

10) When will I receive my exchange order?

Once your return is picked up and inspected, your exchange order will be dispatched. Delivery time depends on your location. During sales or promotional events, deliveries may take an extra 2–3 business days.

11) How many times can I exchange a product?

Exchange service can be availed up to a maximum of 2 times per style. Separate exchange requests are required for multiple items.

12) Can I cancel my order?
  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order if not yet shipped.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

13) What should I do if my refund is late or missing?
  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank as processing times may vary.
